Privacy policy

YogaBrain is a personal tool with one user: its owner. This page explains what it does with data.

What data it uses

With the permission of its owner, YogaBrain reads data from the owner's own Google account: Gmail messages, Google Calendar events, and files in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Forms. It can also send email from that account to that same account.

What it uses the data for

Only to help the owner with her own work, for example to make a daily overview of emails that need a reply, appointments and tasks.

Sharing

The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with other people. To write the daily overview, parts of the data are processed by service providers the owner chose herself (an AI model provider and a cloud server), only for that purpose.

The use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and removal

YogaBrain keeps no database of Google data. The owner can end its access at any time in her Google Account, under Security, Third-party apps and services.
